No Spark anymore

Was ridin with a buddy on Sat and we were 10 km up the trail and his sled just died.No bang or anything like that ,he said it was like thke kill switch was hit,which it was not ,so we try pullin it over and over and nothing.So we take the plugs out to see if there is any spark and there was nothing.His sled is a 03 Summit 800,any idea's ?

coil, stator.... try the coil from your sled. also try dsconnecting the kill switch. those ones short out all the time. just unplug it at the middle of the bars
