Nicotine pouches

Trying to quit chewing and have tried out some of these nic pouches.... Not the greatest but ok I guess?
Anyways it looks like you can buy tins from snus direct for about $5 a tin from Sweden, I just paid $20 a tin for the same ch!t here in BC.
Does anyone here have any more "local leads" on this stuff? Looks like the pharmacy max is 4mg, looking for 20mg plus. Thanks!

Habbit and Convenience was my issue,,, I went with a cheap @zz puffer and pretty much packed it in...

Find that say'ing that best suits ones out look going forward...

Cigarettes slow me down when doing 100 mile bike rides,,, it takes me 38 minutes too get the body and air-way going...

If I stop for a smoke it's another 38 too repeat the process...

One would be surprised how much air Capacity and regen/ re-coup time speeds up after 3 or 7 days...

45 too 90 days is a whole new world...

Pick your reasons for packing it in and stick with it,,, its ok falling off the bus on the adventure,,, its called practic when the day comes...

My old friend was correct,,, food tastes better,,, the skys are blue'er and We get alot more done allowing us too do more stuff...

My rewards are lots of pedal bikes and waaaaay more time exploring Our America's

I was the least likely of all of Our snow and Mud crew too pull it off,,, im just gearing up for year 3...

The zyn ones don’t pack much punch and the pouches are not that nice

Any of the places that ship the good stuff from Sweden, make sure they ship to canada. The place I was buying from no longer ships to canada but does ship to the states

Some fellas at work were getting the high-test within canada from websites like Cigar Chief, but the prices are terrible. 22/ tin now

If you want to quit smoking / chewing - try read the book "The Easy way to quit smoking" worked for every one that I know who has read it (6 people). I was 35 yrs with the last 5 Yrs 1 Pack a day or more Captain Black cigars

Thank you Don for the post, definitely an inspirational one and I appreciate it for sure!
I've smoked cigs, cigars in my younger years and then onto the chew which the doc says is worse than smoking. Been on the thrive 4mg on and off for years but still can't kick the addicition. Guess I got a pretty weak mind. Trying out the poison vaping thing right now as well but don't want to be seen in public doing that lol. The Beer Wolf hike name would be pretty awesome! Got the name about 30 years ago!

Shes one tuff cookie too battle...

Convenience snuck up me yesterday,,, I dam near light up...

I thought about a cigarette then said fuvk it,,, dug out the puffer and I dam near blew out a lung...

That ain't working...

I sat there thinking about it,,, had a couple of sipes of coffee,,, a few swigs of watered down juice then the Inklings Fadded away ...

My friend said there'd be on days and off days,,, don't freat it,,, carry on till the next one...

He said one day I'll wake up and want a smoke only too realize its been 7 or 14 years when I've last smoked... lol

At least i have 40 + years of buffing,,, maybe i can get 40 years of not...

I guess I won't know till I get there...

Fag bags is hilarious . I switched from Cope to those zonnic pouches. Don't mind them at all

I used champix 3x. Worked every time. My horrible self control would keep taking me back to smoking. My wife hated it because we started smoking again a couple times together and then we would quit and I'd take champix. I would be done smoking within 10 days and she would do it cold turkey.

Been 5 or so years now and nothing. I do miss it but I don't miss the hacking amd coughing in the shower.

Champix definitely works but the dreams are extremely vivid

You can get free nicotine gum through the pharmacy's in BC. Or at least they did for me when I quit chewing. I found that helped, but you still need to wean yourself off the gum
