I may be slightly bias but go from an ski doo xp. Better bang for your buck than a phaser plus more power than a stock phaser.

Thanks..... any help with the search for the right sled is helpfull

The XP is a 2 stroke , Yamaha Nytro 4 stroke, if you are looking for dependability the the Yamaha Nytro is the way to go. If it can last at 17 pounds of boost it should run stock forever.

As stated above unless your are 12 years old or are 80 lbs a phazer is not what you are looking for. The New 2010 Nytro MTX is nice but it is over priced (15000). What are your looking for in a sled and what have you had before. What is your first priority. Mountains or just around home. Are you brand loyal.

If you a fairly new to riding and want to be able to just go ride then a stock Nytro is they way to go. Then after a year or two and you get more serious you can turbo it and still have the reliability. If you are still living in Swan Hills the sled will work for you just fine and will be perfect for if you ever get the urge to make a trip to the mountains.

I recomend heading down to Slave Lake Yamaha and taking a look. They will hook you up with what you want not what they think you should have. They offer great support and awesome service.

Good luck on your search:beer:
