So here's the scoop, Drove down to Tss dropped off the sled and talked to Brandon, they were swamped. initially he said it might be a week before they can get it done which i wasn't a very big fan of since i was on vacation and wanted to sled, i told him i was staying in town so he talked to kyle and decided to bump me up the list, they got it done the very next day, So Kyle and I went out and did some testing and it went without a hitch, mechanical wise not so much operator wise lol. Didn't touch nothing the whole day they had it pretty much dialed right out of the shop and i was impressed, this thing hauls ass! rode for another 4-5 days without any major problems, just small things like a piece of plastic from the side cover vent rubbing on the charge tube ( can see the small circle in the first picture on the charge tube) and a blow belt on the 3rd day. Big shout out to the boys at TSS and Neil Mclaren for coming out with quality products and thanks for making my sled really fast

that or 2873 not sure, thats what it says on their website not sure if its a typo or not, and they have moved from using the Garrets to KPA turbos which is the old engineers from Garret making new turbos, same design but with billet wheels which are 30% lighter

8000 out the door

after dishing out the cash for the turbo install i managed to get one week of riding in, then back to work i went where i suffered a season ending leg injury( Major dislocation/spiral fracture with foot facing 160 degrees in the wrong direction and bone sticking out of leg) So now all i get to do is sit on it in the garage while drinking beer and making braap noises lol.

Nice location for the controller! Sorry about you leg too.. At least you aren't missing an epic powder season... C'mon snow!

Sent while on double bubble.

I believe that's the Electric start mounting location. They're mounting the non estart ones where the battery is.

Carbon- How is it adjusting the chain tension with the AFR sensor right in the way. I know mine is a big enough bitch to do with the AFR on the other side of the pipe. It would suck if you have to pull the turbo to adjust the chain.

It's super tight, haven't had to adjust it yet but all I know is that there's no frickin way I'm takin the turbo off to adjust that sucker...

One thing I don't like as you see in this pic, the sensor is actually touching the chain case housing, or at least it's close enough I can't get a Zip tie between the two, I haven't tried anything smaller yet, I wonder how that's going to effect sensor life?

Also, what's the deal with the boost locked? It's currently at 8lbs I would like to turn it back down to that 7lb sweet spot

I have a C3 belt drive on mine so it's technically not a chain case anymore, but I've got no issues adjust my belt with the tensioner. If you remove the upper rear screw on the 'foot forward/sharks mouth' plastic piece and flex the plastic outwards it makes it a heck of a lot easier to get a longer wrench on the jam nut.
