Had good luck with Riverside sales on the Honda side, but the service is horrible. (exact opposite on the Yamaha side - great service, chitty sales) I'd recommend Gibbons Motortoys.

Thx whoDeanie,
Service is the most important thing in my situation. I am not very mechanically incline and so i cant turn around and fix something myself if the dealership deems it unwarrantable. I heard some dealerships go to bat for you and help you out even if thats the case.

FWIW, I have been riding Polaris SXS since 2011. They have been good machines. If I was to buy a 4 seater, it would be the Teryx

Gibbons is great with warranty. Warranty or not, you're gonna want to learn as many basic repairs and maintenance items as you can or you'll go broke fast. Read your owner's manual cover to cover and get them to throw in a full service manual - best $100 you'll ever spend.

thx whodeanie,

I am already looking at maintenance videos on utube and getting advice on greasing etc from a few members. I have a feeling that if I need help ill get some help on this forum and guide me in the right direction. thx for the advice on the manual. Ill definitely get one. Ill see what gibbons have when i am ready to buy. Hoping there close enough to Red deer. ;)
Im a big guy so to get underneath would be hard. So im looking into ideas on how to safely raise the sxs high enough for me to get underneath. I was thinking car ramps but i think thats still a little to low for me.

I didn't notice you were from Blackfalds. You'll probably want to find a dealer that is closer to you than Riverside or Gibbons (both in Edmonton area).

I saw you out there on the weekend, the young lady you were dealing with from Rainy Creek in Eckville knows her stuff and is really good with her products, I've heard great things about that dealer, and being its super close to Rocky it might be a good fit for you! I'm glad you were able to partake in the demo's and hopefully got a feel for a few machines!

im happy you told me they have great service. Its always best to hear from people then to ask them directly because we know they will say they are. Were you also at the same booth as her.

Ya i noticed they were pretty fat. But TylerG said that Rainycreek powersports have great service and they maybe 30 minutes from where i live and maybe the same distance from where i go camping. So that might be the go to place for me.
Thx for your input whodeanie

I run the Jamboree out there, was driving around in my dodge 3500 with sled deck or Yellow Can-Am Maverick Trail 800
