Could have been his buddy but not for sure. This looked very similar to the avy I was in. Same kind of terrain. Remote triggered and started about 400 ft above me. And I was the highest track up the hill.

Good point. Prob would have been better to cut right into the tree gap than left into back x avy path.

Very hard to believe. Spend 8200 on turbo and 150 bucks on a dakine backpack. Not a 100% but sure doesn't look a avy bag to me. Probably wouldn't have had a chance to pull the trigger but just making a point.
