Well been looking for another SW and finally found one. I have a few different ideas for this one. For this year just going through it and ride as is. It’s had a bit of neglect as it hasn’t been rode much. Just over 1000 km.

Looks heavy duty. I still run the stock front bumper.

Was looking at their alpha rail brace but haven't dealt with them or used any of their stuff.

So this was interesting. There was washers between the helix and the posts.

Any thoughts on this. Extend the range of shift out? Rollers didn’t have flat spots.

I thought maybe coil binding is the reason.

I the old days there was a outfit that made a spacer ring to go behind the helix because the secondary couldn't fully open. I wonder if the previous owner thought this was still an issue.

Little fresh up on the parts with paint that was flaked off. Also powdered some rivets for the taillight holder. The rivets that cat uses are terrible…rust.

If anyone wants this wiring harness and led light let me know. It’s wired to the high beam. Don’t have to cut up your existing harness. I’m going back to factory headlight.

Also have this CR racing rear coupler block.

Where did you get your paint match from? Is it powder coated or paint. My son wants to change his blue to the green. Spindles, rails and bumpers.

That is powder coat. Prismatic powders chartreuse sherbert. It’s damn close to a match. I originally had this colour for my daughters phazer.

I do my own powder coating. It’s pretty easy to do and way cheaper than getting someone to do it. If the item is too big I have used top gun in Calgary…they do great work.
