Ive got a 2013 pc sno pro with a mbrp can and im thinking of putting on a slp y pipe and pipe on it. Should a guy run a fuel programmer on it? Talked to one guy and he said no . No need to cause they run rich already. what are guys doing?

Starting in 2010 when they came out with the HO engine you need to run a fuel controller. SLP will supply you with a power commander already progammed for thier pipe set. If I remember correctly it's about 6-7hp gain

A full SLP stage 1 kit, (pipe, y pipe, can, intake and fuel programer) is supposed to give the 800 HO 20 hp and shave of a bunch of weight, putting one on my 11 m8 next month. And yes you need to run a fuel programer

The only thing you get with the Stage 1 kit over just a pipe is the intake as you can't put a pipe on the H.O. motor without the controller. The intake is going to make very little difference in Hp. Here is the link to SLP to see for yourself. The Stage 1 kit might make 10hp if the intake chips in a pony.

Guess I shoulda went to the SLP site myself....but I'd rather tell you 6-7hp gain and get 8 than say 20hp and get 8!

Jaws just released a single pipe setup for the proclimb that claims about a 20hp gain if I remember correctly with the y pipe as well. Racinstation in Idaho will have some in stock and testing on dyno using pcv and auto tune.

I think the actual on that one they are now claiming to be around 16 hp Kyle. Jaws is claiming close to double what other singles are making so 16 is likely about right. I already have the Jaws can so if I buy a pipe it will be the Jaws.
