Hey there people.. Was good to see a bunch of S&Mers this past weekend.. Also thanks to SR for bringing me my package of S&M clothing to sell at the shop here.. And also gave a bunch of S&M cards to future S&Mers..

I had a chance to see Glen in action this weekend when one of the doo's in our group got folded up and had to be "re-aligned" in Glens shop. Good job in getting the sled back on the snow Glen

Oh yah..We are absolutely loving it in mcbride and enjoying running the shop.. I'm fellin like i'm right at home.. I didn't totally realize how much i missed the mtn's till i got back to them.. I love bein able to get up in the mornin and look out the window to see if it looks like there is any fresh snow on the hills...

Just to let everyone know about the good service i had from Glen at Spindrift.
My Dragon needed a tune-up so i contacted Glen last week before we came from Edmonton to McBride riding this past weekend and asked if there was an off chance I could drop my sled off saturday night after riding, have a tune-up done and have it ready to go so i could go rip sunday. Glen said no problem and made it happen!

Sounds good.. Snowed again last night and today up on the hills.. And i beleive it is supposed to again tonight and tomorrow..

So on rusty's second time up renshaw trail about half way up(he had to go back to the truck because he had a severe nicotine reaction, and had to get his nicorettes and medicine -- it was bad, and he had quit for only 6 days), junior highmark and myself hooked up with rusty and m8 pro, and we were gonna head back up to the cabin and doo a little explorin', but i was admiring the tunnel job on rusty's m8 and saw his rear axle bolts were missing on both sides, and just being held in place with his adjusters and the slotted brackets in the rails. Well, that was our day and we went back to the trailer and loaded up and headed for spindrift.... Glengine and quadster and quadsters mother were there, and they were quite busy already with customers in and out the whole time we were there. Glen quickly found some bolts and couple of washers and loc-tite and an impact and we were done...... Glen never charged enough for the repair and we were on our way.... Heres a few pics of spindrift and one of the rental dragons, and some of their display area...... Very nice cleanup job of the shop and display and reception area...... You two should do very well there...... Now get all that snowandmud.com gear up and for sale...........

Alsos we should have all our new beacons in also.. was good to see you guys.. Wanted to go out for a beer with you guys but was workin in the shop till like 9:30 both friday and saturday night..

ya, drove by your shop and saw you were busy.... I dropped rusty and m8 pro off at the grizz, and junior and i went for dinner(he's underage, of course).,.... Drove by your shop and i bet there was 5 trucks all lined up.............. Did the carbon fibre chassis arctic cat that had the control arms ripped out, make it there???

Oh yah.. He came by.. I know him quite well as i built his sled for him the year before at specialty, which was the same sled except he put it intoi the carbon chasis for this winter.. The guys that built the chasis knew that there was a weal spot on the a-arm mounts so theyt were actually meeting him in blue river the next day to pick it up so they could do some reinforcing.. But they had a slight change in plans as they still came and got sled but they also brought one for him to ride till his is fixed.

Hey there guys and gals.. I just thought i'd let you all know that the shop will be open late the first three fridays of dec.. Part of the late night shopping thing that is going on in mcbride in decemeber, so there will be a fair number of businesses open late.. Just incase you want to get your kid or significant other something for Xmas last minute or something unique from one of the shops here that you might not usually get to check out as might not be off the hill before they usually close..

A couple of our new rental sleds. Aswell as our '07 M8, it's a shop sled now and will be rented if everything else is out and someone wants a sled.. The '07 will also be for sale near the end of the season this year..
