Hi folks,
Thanks for the efforts to create a forum. I am grateful for the work you do.
My wife and I sled, we are reasonably new to it, this will be our fourth year with sleds. She has a M7, and I ride a D8. We also picked up some Yamaha watercraft this past fall, so don't know yet if there is a section for that.
I consider myself fortunate to have been a part of Snowest for the past few years, and while I like that site, and have met lots of nice folks there, it appears the management/ownership of the venue has made some choices that do not bode well with the membership. I am exploring new sites to see where I'd like to get involved, if and when that time comes.
I like to think and act positively, but I'm not afraid to speak my mind. I try to do it respectfully, and I love a good debate.
My wife and I have been married for 3 years now, with no kids yet. One of the things that interested us in sledding was how many folks make it a family thing. We live in Marysville, WA, which is about 35 miles north of Seattle.
Thanks again, and it's nice to be here,
PE
