I have no issue with this law. If riding in the bush and your muffler is not equipped, you can wrap the end in a fine mesh SS screen. Done it a few times. Another issue is tall dry grass against hot exhaust and grass, mud etc packed in all those nasty places for long periods that become dried out and can also ignite.

May be BC's way of getting rid of some of those loud annoying after market systems with no spark arrestors.

with the huge bill from last summers forest fires i am all for it as it is the BC tax payer that is on the hook for the cost of fire control.

Not one of those was started by a spark from an ATV........but ya, it's a good idea. Time to quadruple the fines for throwing your butt out the window too. Those have actually started fires.

Yah no crap hey, mostly butt tossing retards. You’d think over time most have dropped there smoke between there legs while driving...gets hot right. Why would anyone through em out the window.????
most of our problem are from the non outdoor individuals, like to think most outdoor enthusiasts have a better fire sense.
going to get hot soon so prepare for another cash cow year for bcts workers.

New skid pad. Easy to replace

Can be used for first aid if bleeding happens
Thanks arff! Do they come in different colours? Can I get ones that will adjust for all types of creek flow crossings too. Want to be protected on those days when I just want to feel free.
