I’m not sure how people have luck with anything past warranty, had 2 ecoboosts that lost throttle bodies, then a dodge that had an engine failure, then 2 tundras but the second had an electronics issue. i do have a 2013 chev 2500 used for spare with 245000km no problems, if was me I’d try a new chev if the 2022.5 ever shows up with a 6.2L.

If your going to be driving it every day… Toyota. If it’s a as you need it type thing I don’t think it matters what brand it is .

I would buy one if they had a crew with the 6.5' box. Good trucks for sure.

If I was towing lots with it the F150 with a 3.5 ecoboost would be my choice.

If fuel economy was top priority I'd look at an F150 with the 2.7 eco or the GM with a 2.7 turbo or the 3.0 Duramax.

If it was a truck to have fun with, but still had to do truck things, then an F150 with the 5.0 10 speed is awesome, they sound pretty good with an exhaust on them. The GM with the 5.3 and 10 speed is good too.

I don't like dodge, and the company fleet used to be full of them, our service advisor was good, but I always hated the fact that he seen the trucks enough to know every unit number by memory.

Some trucks are just better then others (not even brand specific), and a lot depends how they were looked after. Bought my 11 ram 1500 hemi with 200k on it now 235k and i've done an injector, o2 sensor, and power steering leak. Truck runs and drives like new.
