so I'm looking for a gas propane grill with a smoker option. Is there anything out there that has both? Been looking around and it seems either or. I have a smoker and a charcoal grill but really like to use propane for searing and would like to have the smoker option for flavor and low slow cooking.

Just buy a pitboss smoker and you will never use the bbq again. It has the option to open up the plate and cook over flame as well.

$4500+ is a bit steep. Unless it serves cold beer and gives handy's while grilling. Made in canada or not

Not to Hi-Jack a thread but I'm looking at getting a Pellet Grill. Does anyone have any dealings with the Grilla Grills by chance? They are apparently double walled construction and made well.

I’ve been testing this Louisiana out for a couple months. it’s a 1200. My last one was a pit boss 800 and did much better in the winter cold days at keeping temp . The Size is nice but she take a fair bit of time to heat up. I will try to get a cold weather blanket when it becomes available.



-it passed the initial durability test on its way home as it flew off my sled deck at a buck25 and did at least one end over end!

(I had a bit of ice build up on the deck, and after the day warmed up,ice melted and slacked the straps.).
