Hey there im looking for some contact info for someone in charge in the Thief River Falls Factory. Im having issues with my snowmobile and my dealer doesnt seem to want to help me. Im hoping if i talk to someone higher up that i will get the help and support i need. Thanks

Good luck with that. The factory service guys won't talk to the consumer. You need a dealer number just to talk to them. Have you tried the customer service line route yet? Should be a phone number in your operators manual.

I called thief river and they gave me a service number to the canadian assistants phone line out of Winnipeg so im gonna try that but i have no idea where im gonna get with it. Most likely no where

I'd X that by 2 even it is a little far from Meadow Lake. That trip would open up a whole new world for ya'. H*ll, on a clear day, you can even see the mountains from beautiful downtown Lethbridge!
