Yep!
Truck would probably have to be on the street, but sled and quad for sure! Also, when I rebuilt my fence I put in a double gate onto a grass pad in the back yard. Lotsa room!

Held a super slip and slide at the one park a couple summers ago. 100ft long by 20ft wide...fun times - Moderator

may need industrial strength batteries for the toys once the les b's find out where i'm livin. they just don't quit till they are satisfied. not sure what the jackhammer is for? i'm in for the $800 per month. and i can bring more toys, may need a shheeet load of beer though. got sleds and quads and 27 ft enclosed trailer, truck also, be down sunday or as soon as i can find ladder. :d
