Need some advice

Sledding has been pretty slow here this year.We tend to go east (Candle Lake) area We had the cabins booked for our Feb longweekend ride but there is no snow so we cancelled and are looking at going west I would like some advice. We dont have mountain machines we mostly ride the trails The group we sled with has some inexperiecened riders I live in lloyd ab so what im looking for would be 8 to 10 hr drive nice trails a place with good grub cold :beer: fuel etc etc Sorry to be so long winded but the wifes wil be coming along so i need my ducks in a row as they will have the same questions as above Any advive would be very helpful:feedback:

Try Whitecourt, it has some great trails and usually fantastic snow. I haven't been up since early this season, so I'm not sure on the conditions.

Just drove through Whitecourt. Snow conditions are good.

Candle must have snow now. heard PA got close to a foot of new fluffy stuff.

if you dont mind the drive, kelowna bc has a very good trail system and is marked very well, lots of meadow riding and some good sized lakes for racing.
