Need reed cage assembly for '03-'06 800 HO....

tore into buddy's blown 800 HO to put parts on the new shortblock after a connecting rod failure DESTROYED the old one, pulled the reed cages out and the PTO side is hooched. con rod poked up and mangled the cage and reeds....have a friend in the city coming back this way on the 27th and she will bring them back up north if I can find something. not having any luck finding parts locally, anyone out there have a take off set of cages/reeds they are looking to get rid of? thanks in advance, Merry Christmas!

thanks man, but we scored a set from a friend of Bogger's in Edmonton. that's a smokin' price for a set of V-Force, I'm sure someone here would easily take them for that price.

01-02 is a non Ho motor and if I recall reeds are different ( that's half the difference is the reeds)

reeds are different, reeds and carb boot are one, fits 700 in 01 to 03, and the 800 from 01 to 02. yes non HO.

you can use them on 700 and 800 just get the spacer and the longer bolts it's a bitch to get the airbox on though
