I get most people cant afford to buy houses cash. But mortgages aren't really good dept to have ither. The only good reason to borrow money IMO is to make more money. And yeah resale on toys isn't great,, so probably shouldn't go buy a street bike/turbo sled ext if yer just goona sell it a year later.

Nice to know theres not only averages joes on here but also Mr. Moneymakers, ya mortgages are bad debt people didnt ya know? I own all of baltic ave with hotels. Thatll be $50 a night losers!

Yea a hotel would be a much better investment.
