need info on enclosed 4 place trailers

Is there a big difference on how the mid high and the ones that have the body of the trailer over the tires pull down the road and does the mid ones create a problem when loading 4 sleds( does the ski sit on the fenders?).

Personal preference, I much prefer pulling mid-ship vs the deck over. Normally the inner fenders arent an issue.
