Hey everyone,
Like the title says I need help with getting the suspension on the nytro setup... kinda ride everything except big chutes lol. Im new to shock tuning so bear with me lol.
-I'm approx. 220Lb with gear.
-front shocks are stock float 2's.
-I recently picked up some float 3's with evol for cheap, and stuck em in the back.

I am currently running 80 psi upfront, 135psi in center, 110psi rear. Im having a pretty hard time throwing it around at the moment... granted with it being a nytro I dont expect it to be as easy as a pro, ect.... but should be easier imo lol.

If some of you could help me out that would be greatly appriciated...

Is the front suspension stock width? Does it still have the radiator?
Try lowering the front shock chamber pressure to 60psi. When you do you need to get the sled off the ground or unweigh the shock with a jack or turn sled on its side.
Also move the ski's to their narrowest position by moving the ski axle spacers.

Thanks for the quick reply Lund. Yep still has the rad, and psi # are without pressure... Still has the stock A Arms, will move the skis inwards asap. Running higher pressure in center shock and lower in rear should result in "lighter steering" correct?
Thanks

Are you running boost? If so that much pressure in the center shock will make a wheelie monster. There is a fine line between making it tip over easier and uncontrolled ski lift. I found with both my boosted sleds less air or preload in the center and more in the back was necessary to keep it under control but it does cost light steering.

My Float 2s are on a shelf and coil overs are back, I vastly prefer them. My big boost Nytro has never handled better.

Only trial and error will get it right.

Unless you find a narrow front end for dirt cheap don't waste your money. My Zbros doesn't handle noticibly better than stock.

Good luck, I still love these sleds!

Thanks for the info. Yes running boost, mcx kit. Surprisingly not really wheeling much at all lol. Does anybody know what length the limiter straps should be ? I recently bought the sled, when they broke I got some of the same length.... with them off it did like to wheelie.
