Any Polaris dealers near where you live? They should have the info you need.

What block do you have? xlt or tripple piped factory?

I dont understand why people ask questions like this as it doesn't make an ounce of difference at all for torque specs what pipes you have.. As the original question asked... And if the person knew what they were talking about they would have known that the XCR came with triple pipes and the XLT came with the single....

Not to destroy your thread here but this statement to the average SLED HEAD is a kick in the teeth as far as Im concerned. When ppl dont know its not because they are STUPID, just uneducated on the subject which is FINE. Heres to the PR skills displayed here. CHEERS:nono:

glengine, why doesn't it supprise me that you would be so ignorent towords other people and polaris sleds? If you would have known that polaris made two XCR's. One was an XLT mono block engine, 38mm carbs and a single pipe. The other one is the fuji built indivdual jugs. XCR/SP. Three seperat jugs three seperat pipes from the factory. Now please explane to me what it is that I don't know and you who doesn't care for polaris does know? Now here's the tourqe specs I have used to build that very engine you say I dont know anything about. cyl. head bolts-18 -19.5ft. lbs
(2.5-3.0kgm)
cyl. base nuts- 23-25ft. lbs.
(3.2-35kgm)
crankcase 8mm- 20-22ft. lbs
(2.8-30.kgm)
10mm-23-25ft. lbs
(3.2-3.5kgm)
flywheel 60-65ft. lbs
(8.3-9.0kgm).
thank you for being so unpleasent and making my time here on this site so much fun:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::(
