Need help with boost-it XIC set up on Polaris pro

I just bought a boost-it pro, it ran fine the first short ride but now as soon as it builds any boost it’s like it runs itself out of fuel. Need help with how the box is supposed to be set up.

I'm assuming you need the fuel maps. Since Boost-It is no longer around I will post these here. These the are maps I got from Boost-It November of 2016.

Note there are both 2011-2012 and 2013-2015 maps.

Obviously check the values on the box, but if you can supply more information it would be easier to help out. What rpm, what were the afr values at each 250 rpm increment. I know it's hard to see, and remember each number, but a rough values will help, especially where it starts to fall on its face. If the value is high - above 13.2 ish your lean. Sometimes a lean situation can feel like an overfuel. Anything below 12.5 is rich.
What are your rpm? Are you over reving? Is it hitting Det?

It sound more like a leak on the pressure side of the system. I would start by checking the inter cooler to throttle bodies and the throttle bodies to boots to make sure they haven’t come apart. Could also be a blown exhaust donut or fuel delivery issue (plugged fuel filter or weak pump or regulator). If it was running fine and then quits working it will not be a box setting issue.

IF it ran good for the first ride theres nothing off in the box, leave it alone. look for something else. If its an older box without elevation trims you may have over boosted it the first time you rode it

Thanks for the fuel map!! I will check and make sure my box is still set the same. My afr is 14.8 at idle and varies between 13.2-16.5 when on the throttle then goes higher when it falls on its face and sputters till I get off the throttle. Any common issues that would be causing it to run so lean? It doesn’t idle high stays around 1750ish rpm. 2012 pro boost-It running on straight av gas.

Bad injectors, fuel filter plugged, fuel pressure regulator that relieves at too low a pressure, bad fuel pump. Or a combination of the above are common issues. Check plugs to confirm one cylinder isn't leaner/richer than the other to help rule out injectors. Fuel filter is fairly easy to change so maybe try that. Regulator or pump will require a gauge to test.

They run lean at idle, and at a lower rpm cruise. Mine runs at 16ish while idling around, and slow cruise. If it's going lean at higher rpm, wot, etc... Def check fuel source. Make sure you have good fuel. Straight av is hard on fuel filters, and injectors. Mines intercooled, so I run 50/50 av/prem mix. My last turbo was non intercooled, I ran straight av in it, but added a cup of oil/tank. A filter change is well worth it.
Boost-it has great videos on YouTube for testing the injectors. It's simple to do. So it's worth a try. Pretty sure they are set up to fail on though, so you would over fuel all the time..
Did it ever backfire badly? Could be reeds... I would take it to the dealer and have them check the tps. Polaris is known for garbage tps.
Could use brake clean and spray around throttle body boots, and crank seals too.
I know your looking for a simple answer. But do take the time and check each and every suggestion thoroughly. They made a great turbo kit, I would honestly lean towards an oem issue.

Air line running to my boost gauge blew off so the XIC controller wasn't seeing any boost pressure and wasn't adding any fuel....... put the boost line back on and it runs like a top again.
