need help with 09m8 rpm.

not sure what to do 09 m8 runs @7600rpm @WOT, and it sounds like its loading up. when i back off the throttle to about 3/4 it gains rpm to 7850 and sounds nice and crisp.has anyone else had this issue?

any mods? too rich on WOT or leaning way out @ 3/4 throttle. either way not running the way it should

Ice in airbox? clutch rollers and weights, pluged air vents .... somethings to check.

There's no air restriction, mods are R tk hi compression head,4" air intake, boondoker controll box, CPC adjustable mt weights,CPC secondary torsional helix. Fuel pressure check 42-45 psi, PV check open and close properly. I did a quad beam headlight. Maybe that's messing with the system like drawing to much power from the fuel pump and injectors. I disconected the quad beam just running low for now,will try if that makes a difference on Wednesday.
