Need help to decide what to do

I have a 2005 m7 with a bob engine tech 900 in it. The problem is I have a cracked cooler in the front and am leaking coolant. Don't know if I should fix it or sell the sled as a whole or parts. I sold it for 4000 before giving the money back due to the issue. I won't be riding till next year as my brother passed away recently and need a Bobbie to keep going. I'm fairly mechanically inclined but never have I done something like this so any helpful advice is appreciated please let me know what you would do thanks

my buddy had his cooler welded up in place, pulled skid and track welder did the rest. another buddy just stripped his new 2014 summit down to install a new cooler, if he can do it anyone can. lol.
