Lol. The market is fine the talent in it is lazy, whinny,unappreciative, overpaid, and not willing to give a crap towards anything you say no matter how much u try to help them. Sorry. Ya really got me going mike. Lol

ya no chit man. ready to throw in the towel. In fact just got an emergency call and do you think I can find any employee to answer the phone... not like when I worked shift work... 16 on and 5 off worked like a SOB and didn't complain cause there was someone there waiting for your job....
I here ya. If its a funny text or email the reply is instantaneous. Work.............4 hrs later the phone was in the truck or oops it was on vibrate. Once they know it's enough time that it's handled they sure can give ya a hand.

yup finding anyone to give a crap is just about impossible and when you do they screw it up somehow anyway!! LOL!!

Looking after 140 wells for the past 2 years. Maintenance and operations, and tons of construction. Its deader than heck down here, so im not sure why you are having trouble finding guys. Heck most of us are still running 2006 rates and begging for work. We scratch around daily for work...if ya dont, then you better enjoy tv lol. What time do you want us up there haha
