Looks like Justin Allgaier will start the Coke 600 in Larson’s car tonight and Larson will try and get there to finish the race. The Indy is just starting in a couple minutes from now

Larson finished on the lead lap in 18th place today at Indy. He got a speeding penalty on pit row which hurt his chances to win after running in the the top 6 a lot of the race. He lead laps as well today. Josef Newgarden from Team Penske won the race with a daring last lap pass to get by Patty O’ Ward to win.

Race is called just over halfway. C Bell is the winner. Sad as Brad K had the fastest car at the end when the rain hit.

announce that they are shutting down their NASCAR Cup teams at 10 am this morning. They will sell all 4 of their charters as soon as they can. They will
Continue to finish out the 2024 season but will close the doors at the end of the season. Sad news

It’s also rumoured that 23XI is also taking a charter and will add a team and that Chase Briscoe will replace Harrison Burton at the Woods Brothers next year. No word on the futures of Noah Gragson, Ryan Preece, Riley Herbst and Cole Custer. Rumours either Trackhouse or RFK will take the last Charter available. No word on the amount the charters will sell for.

Kick in the gut race today. Looked like a Penske 1-2 finish with Blaney looking like a sure win and ran out of fuel crossing the start finish on the white flag lap who should have been 7 laps of gas left. Congrats to Austin Cindric on the win!
