I cant wait for the new rule to be announced by Nascar to outlaw the Chastain move. You gotta think every driver in the series is going to pull that one now on the last corner.

Great entertainment though, I almost wore out the replay button on my remote. I wasn't sure what I was seeing, took about 20 views to come to grips that it was real.

I must also point out that it verifies Herbie the love bugs move.

all the talking heads sure avoided the bubba topic today. hardly mentioned him throughout the race even. must be scared of the race card!

NASCAR has already said they have no issue with it as it was perfectly legal in the rule book. They did however say that they will be talking to drivers this week on what their thoughts are and if they should implement a rule to make it illegal as they don’t feel it’s safe to have 1 car going 50-70mph faster than the rest of the field. It was a stunning move though and has gone viral all over social media with comments from drivers in other Motorsport disciplines.
