no conspiracy theories. Gordon felt he needed tires to win and never made it back in time. However................there are a lot of Gordon fans on the forums saying he was such a class act that he pulled out of the race so not to interfere with the outcome of the race. I hope these people aren,t having babies.

It was a great year. New format keeps fans interested.

Good to see drivers stir the pot.

If your not rubbing your not racing.

Waiting for Vegas now,,,,,,,,,

Also need some suggestions guys. I didn't make it to any races this year but went to Bristol last year. Looking to go again next season, what tracks do you recommend? I am thinking maybe Martinsville?

I don't understand why Gordon went into the pits, still had fairly fresh tires, lots of fuel...it's like he didn't want to win the race??

Gordon stayed out when Harvick pitted on the previous yellow and didn't have the tires to keep up, had no choice but to pit. Wonder if Logano jack man still has a job?

I would really like to go to a race in richmond. Small enough track you can see around it but high enough speeds for excitement

Hmmm if that was the case, then that was a terrible call. Both he and Denny Hamlin had the same amount of laps on their tires. Denny s**t the bed on his last restart, he could've finished better, and I think Gordon would have been top 6 had he stayed out. His car was really strong all day.

I did Richmond last year, 1st NASCAR race, loved it, great experience and will do it again. We used a race package put on by one of the companies, name has slipped my mind for now but it was the best decision we made. Private bus from the hotel, bus stayed at the track the entire race, you could bring your souviners back to the bus, slip inside for a nap in the climate control and after the race we were back at the hotel in about 30 minutes, private lanes for the buses to leave and cops kept them moving. Well worth the money.

Raceaway Hospitality, private seats in the mezzanine level and 2 hosts with you the entire time, they gave you their cell numbers in case you had a problem, as well as a private hospitality suite on the ground level.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY Harvick!! Finally a championship. Just shows he's got the talent. Too bad that RCR couldn't quiet supply the resources to get it done for him while he was there. Although, Newman did pull off second place... Good stuff for Harvick and the whole SHR organization.

sure would have been a thorn in his side if he got beat by the old race team

Kasey Kahne re ups with Hendrick for another 3 years. Sooooooooo...........does Chase Elliot now wait for Gordon to retire or sit on the fence for another 3 years? We all know Earnhardt and Johnson aren't going anywhere soon.

Jeffy is only 43 and is coming of his strongest season since 2009 I don't see him going anywhere for awhile yet. Personally I hope to see him out there until his hair looks like Mark Martins lol.

And a few Sprint Cup races for Hendrick as well. Not sure how Hendrick gets around that with 4 teams already. Maybe as a Jr. entry? Anywaaaaaaaays............... he wins the title again and everyone in Nascar knows he is ready for the big time. Where does he go? No room at SHR? Loan to Childress?

I think the awards ceremony for the Sprint Cup is tonight. Anybody know what channel is covering it this year? Can't find it on Bell.
