Dirt cars are for dirt. Designed that way and are light weight.

Cup cars are designed for oval racing
Not even for a street course racing.

#NASCAR News: Cody Ware, who sat out Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Bristol, was arrested and charged with Felony Assault by Strangulation and Misdemeanor Assault on a Female on Monday. The Iredell county jail confirmed the charges to TobyChristie.com and confirmed that Ware is still in custody on $3,000 bond:

Just watched a video of Kyle Larsen getting questioned about Bristol and he basically said this wasn’t real dirt racing as the cars aren’t designed for that surface and drive slow like tanks. He said he can’t wait to come back and race on the concrete and maybe this race has run it’s course as most drivers feel the same way and the track promoter can’t be happy with the dwindling crowds each year.!
If I remember correct Nascar brought out 2 "gimmick" races at the same time, the dirt race at Bristol and the Roval at Charlotte. The dirt race is pretty much a non event for me, dont even watch it. The Roval is a must see, maybe my favorite race of the year now.

You win some, you loose some.

I’m betting the Chicago street race will be a wreckfest. Another gimmick race Tom

I have been Eldora, know nothing about dirt racing. But it was a fun experience! Middle of no where, worth seeing once. Only knew of the track because Smoke owns it.

Tony Stewart wins top alcohol in Las Vegas today! I bought nhra.tv couple months ago, best $150 bucks I spent on a streaming service.

People still watch hockey? It’s spring time, snow gone, ice should over by now.

I pay for channel 960 on Telus Optic tv
Watch all the NHRA , Nascar and all types of motorsports. Worth every penny.
Plus hockey is dumb. See I said it.

Hope they don't cancel dirt Bristol. They have the dirt nationals there 2 weeks of racing for average guys that want to make the trek. It's a big deal for the weekend racers to get to run it. I do agree they need better cars for it but dirt racing is way more fun to watch when done right. Just my opinion.

I like Tony Stewarts SRX series. Smaller tracks, different series drivers, and both asphalt and dirt.
