The lights under the chassis should make it a spectacle with sparks flying everywhere.

Tony Stewart and Ray Evernham have agreed to start a new series to replace the old IROC series from the 90's and 2000's. This will be held on a variety of tracks picked by them with limited drivers invited. Speeds will be capped at 150mph. So far names bandeed around are Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon and Tony from Nascar. Tony Kanaan, Castroneves and Scott Dixon for Indy car as well as some guys from lower series like late models and dirt cars. Hey maybe Kyle Larson? Should be fun to watch.

I remember the old IROC series with Dale Sr, Bobby Labonte, Mark Martin, Al Unser Jr, Scott Mears and a host of others. Seems like nobody could beat Mark Martin in that series with all of them driving identically set up cars.

Great couple of races tonight. Lots of drama. Congrats to Chase Elliott for persevering and winning the 2020 Covid 500 All Star race at Bristol! Nice to see some fans in the seats again. Prepare for the surge in cases in 2 weeks.
