Bit of excitement yesterday in the Nascar garage. A noose was discovered laying on the 43 car Nascar has reported. They have launched an investigation as well as police to find the perpetrator. As only Nascar officials are allowed into the garages after hours it appears it was done by someone in the nascar community.
