All Star weekend in Charlotte boys. Today the Cup guys had 2 practices and qualifying for tomorrow nights race. Here is practice 1 results: 10-4-14-18-21-12-19-22-3-20

All Star Open was awesome tonight with 2 of the 3 stage wins coming down to banging at the finish line. The 3 drivers that raced their way in were the 42, 24 and 43 car with the emotional win. Alex Bowman got the fan vote and got in that way.

All Star race was good as well especially with Clint Bowyer laying it on Newman through his window after the race when the 2 of them had an on track altercation at the emd of the race. Newman was right, your not a man if your throwing punches with a helmet on. I still like Clint, always have, he is a blast, but take the darn helmet off before chucking them, he looked bad.

Tony and Ryan are buddies going way back, I am sure it got discussed over a few "beers".

I love Clint, but leaving the helmet on was not good optics. Ryan coundt swing from in the car anyway.
