Do I get half points for the fact that I WAS going to pick Smoke and JJ this week? Wasn't able to get to the computer this weekend though :)
Hey Snopro, is it this weekend that you're in Phoenix for the race?

Looks like douchey is racing next weekend if the coach and M&M's give the go ahead. Nascar fined him $50000 and put him on the dreaded "probation" to the end of the season. I hope he is racing as Hornaday has bought Tommy Baldwins ride for the weekend for the Sprint Cup race. You know what that means.................Bahahahahaha!

Well boys heres the press release :

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- NASCAR has fined $50,000 and placed him on probation until Dec. 31 for his actions during the Nov. 4 Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.
Busch violated Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the 2011 NASCAR Rule Book. NASCAR took immediate action, parking Busch for the remainder of Friday night's event and maintaining the parked position for the Nationwide and Sprint Cup events scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway. On Monday, the parking directive was lifted by NASCAR.
In issuing Monday's penalty, NASCAR went on to say that "if during the remaining NASCAR events in 2011 there is another action by the competitor that is deemed by NASCAR officials as detrimental to stock car racing or to NASCAR, or is disruptive to the orderly conduct of an event, the competitor will be suspended indefinitely from NASCAR."

Think he'll be Puss and be too scared to race, or do you think he'll be his douchey self and go for the "indefinite suspension" :d

Snopro, Yeah for sure! sign me up!!, wait, you've already left..dammit! :)

Ha! The DC is starting in 34th, good to see! Kenseth seems to have a strong car, but I'm not a big Kenseth fan, so I'll stick with Smoke and Almendinger ( I haven't picked him yet this year) :)

Its to the point now I dont care much who wins as long as there is a good points battle heading into homestead next weekend. Then I hope Smoke can pull it off. This is exactally what nascar needed with the new points system. Nascar should get a big pat on the back for keeping the sport intresting all the way to the end. Plus look how simple the points system is and what a difference it made. just goes to show it doesn't have to be complex to work!

I'm picking the 99 car as well to win the whole deal. Carl has an average finish of just over 5 in all the years he has raced there and won it last year. Also picking Vickers into the wall with help from the 17 car. That little piece of chit has cause Matt alot of cash at the year end banquet this year. Oh well it will be over after this weekend as Vickers will only be able to try and wreck people on the first lap next year as he will most likely be demoted to a start and park ride from here on in.
