what do you think of these segmented races? seems to me nascar is trying a little to hard to make it more appealing to the fans. I think its kinda silly, let the race play out.

I don't know? I hate change but everytime they make a change it seems to improve the racing. I wouldn't change the Chase playoff for anything right now. I'm gonna give it a chance before I decide but it did seem to create some anxiety in the Xfinity race yesterday and Sadler who had the dominant car actually made some decent points yesterday even though he got wrecked? His penalty wasn't as bad as it would have been in the old system.

i hate change also. maybe i am jumping the gun. i was thoroughly disgusted in the wreck fest yesterday and the cleanup delays were brutal. i blame the new format for that. find out what happens in cup today!

Haha they have almost unlimited budgets. I believe the top teams are getting over $30 million now and then all the sub sponsors on top of that. Should be safe for Vegas I would hope lol
