I guess Chad Knaus just doesn't get it? He is currently appealing a P1 penalty for not complying to pre race inspections at both Charlotte races a couple weeks ago and then failed not 1 but 4 consecutive times in a row pre race inspection at Pocono last weekend! Expect more penalties to come. They should park him for a week to get his attention?
