futile at best. not crazy about the 48 but they just flat rebound better that others. what other team can shred a tire, kiss the fence and tear up the snout on an aero sensitive track like Pocono and pull of a 13th. NO ONE!

Fresh off the wire this morning.........Tony Stewart will be out at Watkins Glen this week as last night he got in a sprint car wreck in Oskaloosa Iowa. Stewart broke his right leg. Both his tibia and fibula. Looks like a long road of recovery for the NASCAR champion. Thoughts and prayers go out to him and wish him a speedy recovery.

He was just in a wreck last week and came out unscathed I think at a track in Canada. He said that dirt cars are his golf game so don't bag on him about it being dangerous. I wonder if his sponsors feel the same way? He's lucky he own the team.

Sounds like the rearend was torn loose from the car allowing the driveshaft to spin wildly, tearing the strap off and getting his leg. Needs another surgery, a real bad break.
