Hey guys, great forum you got here...congrats, will be checking in often

Can you please recommend a place in Edmonton to put some flaps, spray on and aluminum tool box to my new Sierra 1500 ?

I am looking for a place that is cheap but good quality as well. Don't want to spend more than $800 for all.... any advice?

TIA...

I've been buying my bolt-ons from Buzz Boxliners. Prices are good, people are too.

Raven Truck Accessories Online

Think you're dreaming at $800,unless you wanna shop around for used stuff.

k thanks...i said $800 just to throw a number..i'm new to trucks and accesories, hence my ignorance... how much i'd be looking at for all that then? Isn't the spray on like $500 and then like $300-400 for a box?

will call Raven....

thanks for the info

IIRC my dad paid $375 for line-x in his short box under the rails, was quite a while ago though, thought over the rail was like $475 though. There is an actual line-x dealer right in the west end and is good. Toolbox really depends but probably $300-$500 depending on what you want. Mud flaps again can be like $125-250.

Custom truck in the west end has been good to me.

Raven I believe it is on 156st is STUPIDLY priced. Won't even walk in there anymore.

Line x did mine the summer of 2006, cost was $500.00 over the rail, still looks like new. Spend the extra money & get the real good heavy rubber flaps $150.00 - $200.00 for 2 sets, but please don't be a punk & leave the stainless steel off of them, harder than heck on the eyes when following with the sun flashing off of them. The tool box is another matter, the trick to these is look at how thick the aluminum is. If it is a 1 piece lid, lift at one end & give it a quick wiggle to see how much flex there is, if too much after a while it will not close properly & will leak.Haven't looked at them for a while, but at one time the Delta's were pretty cheaply made. Good Luck!

I can't speak for the Truck Outfitters shops in Edmonton, but the guys at the Barlow Trail NE shop here in Calgary have treated me great.

Bringing this thread back from last year with all the recent discussions around mudflaps. I see some pretty cool oversize / kickback style mudflaps driving around but having a tough time finding where to buy them. Recently I saw some on a lifted Dmax that had the kickback bent at an angle to match the body lines - looked great and I'd love to know who makes these!
