It took till about the bridge before the snow was good enough to ride!

I havent been up there lately but I can only imagine how much new snow is up there, probably amazing conditions and the snow level is almost at the bottom of the climb up!

Ya we just got a good dump today and last night, will the avalanche risk be pretty high or not to bad, I've never ridden cheam before!

Yes avalanche risk is very high and if u never ridden mt cheam before its just a avalanche danger zone especially to get into the main bowl u have to go through a very steep sidehill that I would not be doing at this time!

is there anywhere around Abby that would be safe to ride right now? Even just trails or anything?

I think coquihalla summit would be your best bet if u go to henning mountian its all grommed and its only an 1hr from chilliwack!

I always ride with a beacon probe and shovel as well as a abs airbag! By the way the coquihalla highway is closed for part of the day because of avalanches just a heads up!

I'm a ok rider don't like to get into trouble but like to have fun.

Hi there, The terrian at cheam is steep and can be dangerous but we just need too ride smart and be safe! I was hoping it was groomed up there but not sure right now! We are going there or the coquilhalla on monday just depends on if its nice weather or not! I wont ride cheam unless its partly clear skies because of the terrian! My brother and I have all the avy gear , airbags, beacon, probe shovel!
U are more than welcome to ride with us if u like let me know! Also do u have a sled deck?
