So we bought 2 new highmark charger bags this year. The one bag got blown off on its first ride. Some how the zipper was wrecked in the process. So we have been trying to to get a hold of MSD in golden since Christmas and their phone mail box is full so you can't even leave a message let alone get a hold of someone. We spent over 1000 bucks per bag and we can't even get a hold of these idiots to start the process of a warranty claim. It's been over a month now that we and the dealer that we bought these bags from, have been trying to talk to someone. Does any one know of a different route we can go to get this bag fixed ?

I think they are part timers. They are hard to get ahold of for product when we need it at the store.

Just call avalanche safety solutions in golden. Same people and someone is always there

Yea if you phone Avalanche Safety Solutions they should be able to help you out, they are usually really helpful quick. MSD is a distributor and ASS deals with retail.

Good luck with getting a response from " warranty guy " he's always "SICK" or "BUSY" or " NOT IN THAT DAY ". Seems to be something with them.
