Not the best photo but as you can see my cooler is done the same way as well, this allows for better cooling on mine as some of the 1200's are known to heat up with low snow conditions. Nice sled by the way can't wait to see it in action

any sled ive ever built that went up one length 154-163 or 163-174 ALWAYS had overheating issues on the trail. extending or relocating the cooler is a must when doing an extension. especially with the big 3" track. all the cooling happens in the back 12" so its important to have it in that location like your sleds and mm do. ALOT of extra work but worth it

Ya this is another sick build. I love the colors. Yes the skid was moved back and the TMotion is still there. Can't wait to see it go on our trip. To bad Hagman you couldn't come.

Is that a 2.5 track?

If not, what's with the stock chaincase?
