OK!!! I have review content for you!!
I have the rekon pant and jacket..... first of all.. completely water proof! I purposely sat in a snow bank for a while, taking note of the waterproofness of the fabric.... Yup.. no wet bum whatsoever!! It really does breathe like they say too. I was never hot, never cold. I made an oopsy at first... The jacket is so light I was kind of scared to wear only my mid layer and Jacket so I put on a hoody... Big mistake... Took the hoody off, and allowed my midlayer and jacket to do their work and I was the perfect temp all day. Completely dry at the end of the day too. I love the venting, and the pocket placement in the Jacket too. The full zippers on the pants make life much easier, as do the built in knee pads.
I love my WOT Gloves as well, They are warm and waterproof, very comfortable too.

Bought mine last year, jacket & pants, never had an issue all last season, dry, warm, comfortable. Checked out the dealers in Edmonton last week for pricing, holy crap......cheaper if you order direct from motorfist, I paid $640.00 delivered for my gear.

I ordered pants this year and had to send them back as I think the were wrongly sized. I did wear the gloves and they worked awesome for the whole day, got wet on the outside but still dry on the inside. By the end of the day I noticed the Kevlar starting to come apart a bit but I hope it stops at the threads. I wish on the pants that the had more of a adjustable waist band. Can't wait to get the pants back and put them to the test.

I am wondering too..I have felt the fabric and it seems nasty...like wearing a tarp...I have all the gear of another brand that is goretex and I always wonder about a product that claims to be as good?

I was going to buy Motorfist last year but was reluctant until I could try on for sizing, then I saw that Cycleworks west was carrying it, so i went to try it on and it fits me weird, the jacket has that huge collor which when zipped up looks like it would be constantly rubbing on my helmet which could get annoying. Oh the pants fit wierd as well. The quality of the grament looks really good though.

I'd love to be able to afford it so I could give you an opinion. I know you get what you pay for but $450 for a jacket....too rich for my blood.

So does the jacket have it's own lining? or is it just a shell? Glad you like your gear!

Its similar to other outdoor gear in that it is a layering system...so not really lined..the jacket is just the outer layer..

Yup it's just a shell like Dob said. Plenty warm with my midlayer on... we were out today and it was pretty cold, still was snug as a bug in a rug.

Drink and I did a little more testing.... yup waterproof and warm.. lol

For the people that ride with Motorfist gear, whats the fit like? Does it fit a little bigger or smaller? Looking into new gear and my nearest dealer is 2 n half hours away...

Gloves seem a hair smaller. I don't have my old Klim gloves so I might be wrong, but I think I had to go a size up for the WOT's. They're snug to pull on and off, but when they're on they seem to fit really nice.
