HOOO LEEEEEEEE crap that's bizarre!!! How did that happen?

Man thank you to Everyone for your input!! I"m writing like a madwoman!

Long story but my brother built a mezzanine in his shop for toys to maximize space. Mine was up top sideways and i needed to bring it down for a brake job. Tried to turn it around to bring it down and was going to use the motor in first gear to stop me as I came down the ramp.

Quad stalled as we were turning it so I tried to restart it and my buddy couldn't stop it from rolling. I jumped over the quad as it was running me over to try to stop itand it pushed me back and went over the side of the ramp with me on it.

Droped six feet onto a "Snap On" roller tool box ( that broke my ribs) and the quad continued on the way to the floor.

Layed there for ten minutes or so trying to catch my breathe but couldn't so i took a look at my chest and decided to go to the hospital.

Spent the next four days getting chest Xrays cat scans etc.

Walked right past the line in the ER when I told them a quad fell on me!!

And ya I should probably wear my chest protector walking around.lol

My most common injury is probably what people call road rash or what I call trail rash. I seem to always have skin missing off my elbows or knees all summer long. I broke my little toe on my left foot Sunday before last while racing hare scramble but that won't slow me down. Some of my other injurys over the past years include BROKEN, collar bone, 4 lumbar vertebrae (back), left ankle x2, right ankle, right foot, right fibula, both hands, left thumb, 3 left front ribs, elbow. I have also been smoked in the face by a running chainsaw that fractured my scull and gave me a scar that the chicks dig. I have seperated and dislocated my left shoulder many times and now need to go under the knife to get it repaired but i can't justify missing a dirt biking season for it.lol I have never injured my Knees ever in all the wrecks Ive had. Knock on wood. I have only ever leaked blood while riding sleds, never been hurt bad on a sled.

When I was 12 I rolled my quad back, since it was right beside a tree the quad stood straight up and pinned my leg their, nerve damage from the pressure on it for 2 hours and a major 2nd degree to a minor 3rd burn right above my knee. banged up knees from sledding, hyperextended ankle from overshooting a double on my dirtbike (woulda been broken if it wasn't for biking boots). Lots if hurt hands from wrenching. I am just young though, so I am sure that I have more injuries coming my way.

Blood dries, bones heal, scars are cool, but it takes forever to patch up the ol' pride when you you get busted doing something stupid. The majority of my scrapes, scars, and wounds came from dickin around the kids machines. I can usually make the weekend on my quad or dirtbike without injury, but I think I have at least one momento for every time I climb on a Z50.

lol so much truth to that statement. My worst crash was on a cr80. Only took roughly 5 minutes from telling my little cousin "hey let me ride your bike" to no riding for 2 weeks.
