up ridin chapell a few days back and my sled was running like crap, after little inspection found that my primary spring was broken.

after getting off the mountain i gave glen a call and he had no problem chattin with me even tho he was havin supper and he also had no problem meeting me at his shop a couple hours later after hours to hook me up with a spring so that i could ride the next day.

Thats customer service. I was recently at a local dealer and they wouldnt walk from behind the counter to get me a part. They had 50 of them and told me I would have to order it.
