there was no intent......he wasn't looking at the boards he was looking down them at the puck, as he should be, he rubbed his man off, was it a late hit...yea but intent to injure, no. Chara for all intensive purposes is a good player and isn't know for dirty hits, injuring people, or anything along those lines....jesus look at the guy and he doesn't even fight.

a guy took a bad collision to the boards....it is what it is, chitty to see a guy get hurt but if we're going to blame chara, i guess we better start laying charges to everyone who instigates a fight
