So what's it take to climb the monster? Whats the closest to stock or stock sled you've seen climb it? And just out of curiosity, could it be done with a 154" freeride with 2.5" track?

A carbon fiber 2012 m8 with a stock motor and a 153 climbed it last year, but it only weighed something like 390 lbs dry

I thought it was a 162? It is only a 2" track though. He rolled down it and then went up and got his redemption.

Ya maybe it was a 162, it definitely was a 2" though and yes he got it on the second try, and I guess a 162 15 wide is basically a doo 154 16 wide

Like Maxwell said, it's been done on spring snow. Monster was done by a stock 800 Rev a long time ago. I think the guys last name was Knight (not sure, memory goes with age ). I have it on an old sled video and, wow can you believe it, I don't remember which one...............:)

Frenchie ask me before he climb "u think I can make it?" meanwhile monster is spitting out turbo sleds left right and center. I thought he was joking when he asked me that. then all of a sudden he's gone, up and out!

Thinkin I'll wait to try it on my 154" Freeride etec, until she's got a turbo strapped to her. Would love to have seen that 800 rev make the climb.

Haha yeah I'm probly getting a turbo on mine next summer. Just wondering what it would take to make it up there. I've never seen it in person yet. Last year when I went to revy it was a snowstorm all weekend so avy conditions were very high and visibility very poor.
