starts at 10, monkey top saloon in Bentley. home of the ever famous Kelly and his limo.

lunch and warm up spots. last hand at the saloon for refreshments and a burger.

Be careful of ice heaves on the lake, as they are hard to see. :party:

sled rally out at benalto on sunday feb 25, David Thompson snow riders. need reg, ins, and asa day pass (i think)

looks to be some cloud high -3, could be a bit of a wind?

Dress warm, not much cover out on a lake. should be a good time.

registration from 10 to 12, tour around till 4-5 back to TOP, it off!!!

this event has it's own thread already. and is for sleds only, NO atvs are allowed at the david thompson snowmobile event




monkey top sleds or atv's are golden.

I think I was the only one that brought my kids. Didn't stick around after due to that. I had planned to just take my father in law but he started jamming out in the morning so I decided to take my wife and kids. Then he decided to go anyway. Other than not being able to take the kids in while registering and getting the final chips it was a well run event. If the rest of my family would pray to the snow gods on Sundays I wouldn't have to alter plans. The David Thompson rally is a more family friendly event. Do the guys that run there Atvs in the snow run a snow prefilter on there snorkels? Or do they just fill the air box with snow while they root and chew to get through the snow?

don't run a prefilter, so far have not had any problems. none of the others do either, as far as i know , no problems! used a lot of gas though!!!
there was a 4 seat cat and a polaris out riding was that u?


the old bombardier was cool to see, looked like fun.
