Got a couple new brews in from Bench Creek last week. Super tasty stuff!

Flint & Steel session ale. Definitely more hops than I was expecting in a session ale.

Northern Grace Red Rye IPA. Nice hops, and kind of caramel or toffee finish. So good with hot soup.

And the big dog, Apex Predator Double IPA. I have not run into a DIPA before, wasn't really sure what to expect. I thought it might be like a punch in the mouth, but it turns out it is really smooth. Maybe the 8.2% balances it all out?? Not sure, but this tastes like s'more, every time lol.

have had a few cans of co-op brand beers, not bad, price is good too, made by alberta brewery.

i find they taste a bit better than the PC brand, and just a bit smoother. my take on cheap beer.

coors silver bullets or brewhouse otherwise.

Haven't had that since I went to Jamaica a few years back! Didn't know it came in a can, I only ever saw the stubby bottles. Definitely good stuff!

They still have the stubby bottles. Our resort fridge is stocked daily with the cans and I empty the fridge for them. Just doing my part.

Cold and snowy outside today, so making some spicy carne asada with beer marinade.

Tecate is your fairly typical light Mexican beer, but I find it a bit more inspiring than Corona.

Finally got to try a sour. Blindman brewing. I was definitely expecting something more offensive, this is actually pretty smooth. A guy could go through a few of these on the patio pretty easily lol.

Edit to add photo, can't do that from my phone?
