I like the harvest thick sliced to but the Hutterite stuff is better IMO.

I heard a rumor about some micro brewery in Calgary making bacon flavored beer. Anybody confirm that?

RAW bacon? Bacon is fully cooked and cured and can be eaten cold if you really want and it will not hurt you. No different than wieners, picnic hams etc. They are all full cooked to the proper temp when they come out of the smoker!
