Mikuni VM34 Round Slide

Can any of the experienced or old school guys help me here, not sure why i have fuel coming out of this port. I’m assuming its a vent? Its on the top, air box side of the carb. Arctic cat Pantera 5000 F/C. This sled hasn’t ran in about 10 years, had carb apart, cleaned, put back together. I adjusted the float arm so it was level. Sled will fire, but spits fuel here.

Sure is a vent, I had the float fingers set wrong, was flooding the ol girl. Disregard cry for help
