So if you bought again. Would you go 3” or 2.5”?? I ride mostly here but 3-6days west. Really hung up on 2.5” as the one to have
Opinion might change t a kitty after riding buddies alpha next weekend

Let us know how the ride goes. Work the Alpha side hilling and in the bush where the design gets worked to potential.
When on it's side turning back up it digs and rips does not slide out.
Off camber traction is really really good.

been a loyal doo guy myself. But i just bought an alpha due to the fact the 850 doo is not all its cracked up to be, its got to many down sides compared to upsides. I like to think of the gen 4 like a dodge.... motors great... but everything around it.... well you know the rest.

This sounds like my thoughts, I have said for years an etec in a poo chasis would have my order!

Polaris is a good sled for the most part. You’ll find the resale is brutal and the quality/fit and finish is sad. The paint chips of the tunnels very easy! I’ve own skidoo and Polaris. Hands down, skidoo will get my support and a lot of that is from the dealer support as well.
